Our Build Process
Site Visit & Estimate
Andrew visits your land or site, reviews your vision, and builds a detailed written estimate. No guesswork, no vague allowances.
Design & Permits
We develop plans, pull permits, and coordinate with the county. We know the permit requirements in Polk, Burnett, St. Croix, and Barron Counties.
Site Prep & Foundation
Excavation, footings, and foundation work. We coordinate subcontractors for concrete and site work and oversee the entire process.
Framing & Rough-Ins
Structural framing, sheathing, roofing, windows, and doors — plus coordination of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins.
Insulation, Drywall & Finishes
Insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and all interior finish work. This is where the craft shows.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
You walk every room with Andrew. All craftsmanship is backed by a 1-year warranty; structural work carries a 5-year warranty.
