Northwestern Wisconsin
A Kitchen Remodel Done Right.
The kitchen is the most-used room in the house — and the remodel homeowners tell us makes the biggest difference in how they feel about their home. It's also where shortcuts show up fast: cabinets that aren't square, countertops that don't sit flush, tile work that cracks within a year.
ACA Contracting has been remodeling kitchens throughout northwestern Wisconsin for years. Andrew brings a design degree and genuine attention to detail — from layout planning to the last piece of trim. One contractor, start to finish.
We serve Polk, Burnett, St. Croix, and Barron Counties. Free written estimates, honest pricing, no surprises.
What We Do
Kitchen Remodeling Services
From full gut remodels to targeted upgrades — here's the range of kitchen work we take on.
Full Kitchen Gut Remodels
Strip it down to the studs and rebuild it right. New layout, new cabinets, new countertops, new flooring, and every finish detail handled by one contractor from start to finish.
Cabinet Installation & Replacement
Custom and semi-custom cabinetry installed with precision. Whether you're upgrading what's there or starting fresh, we make sure every cabinet is level, square, and built to last.
Countertop Fabrication & Installation
Granite, quartz, butcher block, laminate — we work with the material that fits your budget and style. Proper substrate, tight seams, and clean cutouts every time.
Flooring & Tile Work
LVP, tile, and hardwood installation with proper prep. We handle demo of the old floor, substrate repair, and installation — including transitions and trim.
Layout Redesign
Sometimes the kitchen just doesn't flow right. Andrew brings a design degree and years of remodeling experience to help you rethink the layout before we swing a hammer.
Trim & Finish Carpentry
Crown molding, baseboard, casing, and custom details that make the kitchen feel finished and cohesive. Craftsman-style trim is a specialty.
Design-Build
We Help You Design It, Then Build It.
Andrew holds a design degree and has remodeled enough kitchens to know what works — and what doesn't. You get real layout advice and finish recommendations before any work starts, not just a crew showing up to do what you tell them.

Kitchen Remodeling Questions
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Wisconsin?
In northwestern Wisconsin, a mid-range kitchen remodel typically runs $20,000–$50,000 depending on size, cabinet quality, and scope. Full gut remodels with premium finishes can run higher. We provide a detailed written estimate before any work starts.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most kitchen remodels take 3–6 weeks from demo to completion, depending on scope. We give you a clear timeline upfront and communicate throughout the project.
Do you handle the design, or just the construction?
Both. Andrew holds a design degree and offers integrated design-build service — you get help thinking through layout, finishes, and flow before any work begins. You don't need a separate designer.
Do you do partial kitchen updates, or only full remodels?
Both. We can do a full gut remodel, replace just the cabinets and countertops, refresh the flooring, or tackle any combination. We'll talk through what makes sense for your situation.
Are you licensed to do kitchen remodeling in Wisconsin?
Yes — WI Residential Builder License #3655-DCFR. Fully insured for general liability, workers comp, and commercial auto.
What areas do you serve for kitchen remodeling?
We serve homeowners throughout Polk, Burnett, St. Croix, and Barron Counties in northwestern Wisconsin — including Luck, Amery, St. Croix Falls, Grantsburg, Rice Lake, and the surrounding communities.
